Products may not be returned without prior written authorization from Electronic Expeditors Inc. and a valid Return Material Authorization (RMA) number issued by Electronic Expeditors Inc. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and may be returned to the Customer at the Customer’s expense.

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

• Custom cable assemblies and wire harnesses manufactured to Customer specifications
• Non-stock, special-order, or configured products
• NCNR (Non-Cancelable / Non-Returnable) items as designated by the manufacturer or supplier
• Products that have been installed, used, altered, or damaged
• Products returned without original packaging

Exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of Electronic Expeditors Inc. for defective or incorrectly shipped products. Approved returns must be shipped prepaid by the Customer and received within the timeframe specified in the RMA.

Restocking fees for approved returns will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and communicated to the Customer at the time of RMA issuance, taking into account product type, condition, restocking costs, and supplier requirements.
